The official mascot at Totsuka ward in Yokohama. His/Her name is Unashii, which means the mixture of cow (says "Ushi" in Japanese) and Nessie, I guess. (We Japanese love vowels)

His/Her strong point is that s/he is able to sleep anywhere.
